Job summary

Standard Chartered is seeking a governance-focused professional to collaborate with Global Process Owners to ensure key deliverables and objectives are tracked to completion. The role involves governance, risk management, and continuous improvement across regulatory and business conduct domains.

The successful candidate will support the GPO governance model, drive process standardisation, and manage artefacts for governance forums and audits. University degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in governance practices, risk management, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple Global Process Owners and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with audit and regulatory engagement processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with GMO GPOs to meet deliverables and track to completion.
• Support GPOs in governance model to ensure milestones are delivered on time and within budget.
• Maintain end-to-end process standards including SOPs, process maps, and control narratives.
• Apply Lean/standardisation to drive remediation, risk reduction and process automation.
• Produce artefacts for governance forums and support during audits and regulatory engagement.
