Job summary

Standard Chartered Malaysia is seeking an Operations Risk & Governance professional to oversee structured products processing, risk controls and regulatory compliance within the APAC hub. You will work with Front Office, Technology and Compliance to ensure robust controls and timely reporting.

Focus areas include risk management, governance, and ensuring adherence to local and global regulations while driving continuous improvement and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Structured product knowledge and derivatives experience.
• Risk and PnL knowledge.
• Analytical mindset and strong teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to definition of global operating standards within TOM.
• Ensures compliance with Group policies, conduct standards, and laws.
• Maintain service quality and manage resources to minimize gaps.
• Oversee governance, risk controls and regulatory reporting.
