Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or IT Engineering or equivalent.

• Additional certifications in cloud computing, networking or security are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accurately investigate and diagnose incidents.
• Prioritize responses based on priority and severity.
• Define a detailed action plan to diagnose and resolve incidents.
• Participate in escalation calls for critical incidents and drive end-to-end restoration.
