Job summary

DXC Technology in Malaysia seeks a highly skilled Microsoft 365 and Exchange specialist to support enterprise-scale hybrid environments, troubleshoot incidents, and deliver reliable service with a customer-first approach. You will administer Exchange Online and on-premises Exchange, manage escalations, perform mail hygiene, and collaborate with L1–L3 teams to restore services within SLA.

The role requires 5+ years in IT support, strong Windows Server and networking knowledge, and certifications

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in IT/computer science with strong Microsoft 365 knowledge.
• Experience in enterprise-scale hybrid Exchange environments and incident management.
• Certifications in cloud security or Microsoft 365 are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Administer, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across Microsoft 365 services and On-Prem Exchange.
• Investigate incidents, escalate when needed, and drive end-to-end restoration within SLA.
• Coordinate with L1–L3 teams and perform mail hygiene and threat protection tasks.
