About this role

We are looking for a hands‑on and results-driven Senior Operations Executive to support the execution of nationwide field marketing and merchandising projects. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations, manpower fulfilment, and consistent execution quality across assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations to ensure campaigns and merchandising activities are executed effectively across assigned accounts.
• Monitor manpower deployment and headcount fulfilment, and coordinate with the recruitment team when additional resources are required.
• Track project KPIs and performance metrics, identify operational gaps, and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct regular field visits to audit execution compliance, coach team leaders, and maintain service standards.
• Resolve day‑to‑day operational issues and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
• Participate in weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• At least posses SPM or Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations, field marketing, merchandising, or FMCG environments.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in managing field teams and handling operational challenges in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent organisational, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
