Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree as specified; added advantage: various certifications such as GD&T, DFMEA/DFM/DFA, FMEA, Six Sigma, IATF 16949 Internal Auditor, VDA 6.3, DOE, or technical leadership certifications.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering / NPI / NPD (automotive preferred).
- At least 3 years leading a technical team, section, or cross-functional engineering group.
- Exposure to Tier 1 / Tier 2 supplier environments and production launch activities.
- Proven experience handling customer or supplier technical escalations and risk mitigation.
