Silitech Technology Corporation Sdn Bhd is a leading manufacturer of input devices and a Tier 2 automotive supplier with ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO13485, and ISO14001 certifications. The company seeks a mechanical engineering leader for NPI/NPD, product design oversight, and robust GD&T control.

The role involves driving technical governance, leading cross-functional teams, and mentoring engineers to ensure successful production launches and risk mitigation across automotive and medical-device

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree as specified; added advantage: various certifications such as GD&T, DFMEA/DFM/DFA, FMEA, Six Sigma, IATF 16949 Internal Auditor, VDA 6.3, DOE, or technical leadership certifications.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering / NPI / NPD (automotive preferred).
• At least 3 years leading a technical team, section, or cross-functional engineering group.
• Exposure to Tier 1 / Tier 2 supplier environments and production launch activities.
• Proven experience handling customer or supplier technical escalations and risk mitigation.
