We are seeking a capable engineer to lead projects in plastic and rubber painting, drive timelines and budgets, and mentor a team of engineers in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates bring 4–7 years in plastics/rubber painting, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality standards across

Qualifications

• Degree in Material/Chemical Engineering.
• 4-7 years experience in Plastic & Rubber Painting manufacturing.
• Knowledge in PPAP, control plan and FMEA.
• Knowledge in process troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical, conflict resolution, and decision making capabilities.
• Handle variant product (Plastic/Rubber).

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of engineers to deliver technical projects on time and within budget.
• Sets project timelines, manages budgets, tracks milestones, and removes roadblocks.
• Set team goals, conducts performance reviews, and delivers feedback.
