Job summary

Silitech Technology Corporation Sdn Bhd is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to lead mechanical design and engineering execution for new product introductions. The role involves validation, DVP&R, dimensional analysis, and GD&T application within a cross-functional team.

Candidate should have 3–7 years in mechanical engineering or NPI/NPD, with SolidWorks CAD proficiency and exposure to plastic injection molding. ISO/IATF knowledge and tooling concepts are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design Engineering, Mechatronics, or related discipline.
• Experience in Mechanical Design & Engineering Execution; DVP&R.
• SolidWorks CAD operation and drawing preparation.
• Basic understanding of plastic injection molding and tooling concepts.
• Familiarity with GD&T and dimensional measurement basics.
• Exposure to APQP, PPAP, DFMEA/PFMEA, MSA, SPC.

Job description

Requirement
1) Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design Engineering, Mechatronics, or related discipline.

2) Added advantage: GD&T, DFMEA/DFM/DFA, FMEA, Six Sigma, or automotive core tools training

3) Experience - Minimum 3–7 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering / NPI / NPD.

4) Exposure to plastic injection molding and manufacturing environments preferred.

5) Experience supporting prototype builds and production launches is an advantage.

6) SolidWorks CAD operation and drawing preparation.
