Qualifikationen

• Experience with Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and DFMEA is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Design and develop robust mechanical subsystems for communications devices.
• Create concept designs and release 3D models and 2D drawings with BOMs.
• Conduct DFMEA and DFMA activities to ensure reliability and manufacturability.
• Perform tolerance analysis and support prototype builds and mold trials.
• Carry out RCA using statistical tools and present findings clearly.
• Prepare user manuals and technical documentation for manufacturing and QA.
