Job summary

Enea is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead regional demand generation and enable sales across APAC and the Middle East from Kuala Lumpur. You will shape the regional marketing plan and partner with product, sales and channel teams to drive growth.

Based in Kuala Lumpur, you will manage campaigns, events and budgets, using CRM and analytics to measure outcomes and continuously improve performance. We offer a hybrid setup and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of B2B marketing experience with regional or demand-generation ownership.
• Proven multi-market campaigns with measurable commercial outcomes.
• Ability to partner with senior sales leaders to translate priorities into marketing activity.
• Hands-on experience across integrated campaigns, digital marketing, events, budgets and reporting.
• Proficient in CRM, marketing automation and analytics to measure and improve performance.
• Excellent written and spoken English with an international working style and travel readiness.
• Marketing, Business or Communications degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver APAC and Middle East marketing plans, focusing on priority markets and growth.
• Localise and execute integrated campaigns across digital channels, content, webinars and ABM.
• Plan and run field marketing events, executive briefings, workshops and roadshows.
• Collaborate with sales on strategic accounts, pipeline development and acceleration.

Do you enjoy turning complex technology into campaigns that help sales teams win business? We're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join Enea's global Marketing team, based in Kuala Lumpur and reporting to the VP of Marketing. You'll own marketing across APAC and the Middle East, creating demand, engaging customers and strengthening partner relationships.

Role and Key Responsibilities

Working closely with regional sales leaders, you'll translate business priorities into practical, measurable marketing programmes. You'll shape the regional plan and stay close to delivery, from initial brief to results.

Key responsibilities include:

• Own and deliver the APAC and Middle East marketing plan, focusing activity and investment on priority markets, customers and growth opportunities.

• Localise and deliver integrated campaigns across digital channels, content, webinars and account-based marketing, working with Product and Corporate Marketing.

• Plan and execute field marketing programmes, including industry events, executive briefings, customer workshops and roadshows.

• Partner with sales teams on strategic accounts, pipeline development and opportunity acceleration, tailoring activity to local market needs.

• Build partner and channel marketing programmes, including co-marketing initiatives and partner engagement.

• Manage budgets, suppliers and campaign reporting, using CRM and analytics to measure outcomes and improve performance.

Qualifications, Key Skills and Competence

Required Qualifications

• 8-12 years' B2B marketing experience, including ownership of regional, field or demand-generation programmes.

• Evidence of delivering multi-market campaigns with measurable commercial outcomes.

• Ability to work with senior sales leaders to turn commercial priorities into marketing activity.

• Hands-on expertise across integrated campaigns, digital marketing, events, budgets and reporting.

• Confidence using CRM, marketing automation and analytics to measure and improve performance.

• Excellent written and spoken English, an international working style and willingness to travel as required.

• A qualification in Marketing, Business or Communications, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience with a telecom security or cybersecurity vendor, especially one serving telecommunications operators or communications service providers.

• Regional marketing experience across APAC or the Middle East, including partner, channel or account-based marketing.

• Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce, Pardot or HubSpot and associated reporting tools.
