Wiwynn Technology Service Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. in Kulai, Johor is seeking a Product Engineer to support new machine introductions, resolve engineering issues during product testing, and contribute to PFMEA/DFx activities for NPIs.

You will help optimize production flow, firmware handling, and EC/document management, while working with FAE and vendors to improve product quality and reduce WIP. This role offers hands-on exposure to cutting-edge IT infrastructure hardware.

Qualifications

• Experience in product engineering and EC management for NPI.

Responsabilités

• Receive, introduce, and transfer new machines; resolve engineering issues during testing.
• Prepare DFx and PFMEA and issue test tool lists for NPI.
• Manage ECs for engineering versions, firmware, and documents.
• Improve production flow, testing coverage, and product quality.
• Assist FAE in analyzing product issues and reducing WIP.
• Support vendor technology and other tasks assigned by supervisors.
