Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years in manufacturing engineering across automotive, industrial, electronics, or related.
- Experience with external suppliers and global manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead manufacturing process development and implementation at external factories.
- Drive DFM, DFA, and DFC initiatives across suppliers.
- Establish process flows, control plans, PFMEA, and validation requirements.
- Ensure readiness for new product launches and engineering changes.
- Support capacity planning, line balancing, tooling strategy, and factory readiness.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve launch milestones using Lean/Six Sigma.
