NielsenIQ is seeking a Senior Data Operations Analyst (Mandarin Speaker) to manage data extraction, validation, and delivery for the assigned country in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment. The role emphasizes high data quality, timely delivery, and adherence to SLAs.

You will collaborate with operations and enablement teams to execute complex daily workloads, handle data inquiries, and drive continuous improvements in data processes while supporting country-specific projects and training

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute data extraction and BAU activities for the assigned country.
• Validate retailers or audit data and monitor data completeness.
• Provide timely feedback to country teams following SOPs.
• Perform data content reviews and processing on retailer data.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets set by team leader.
• Support data inquiries and coordinate resolutions with local teams.
• Document processes and changes per retailer/cycle.
• Identify and resolve data issues and suggest process improvements.
