Job summary

NielsenIQ is seeking a Data Operations Analyst to manage client deliverables, data cleaning, categorization and input validation across specified categories. You will coordinate with Client Liaison and Commercial teams to resolve queries and ensure timely delivery.

You’ll plan daily workloads, identify data gaps, and drive process improvements across CIP environments, providing feedback to country teams and ensuring SOP adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin / Statistics or any relevant subjects
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience in operational areas
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while meeting deadlines
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to work
• Strong logical thinking, project management skills, including task sequencing, understanding of critical paths, and problem-solving
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Traditional Chinese (Mandatory)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with VLOOKUP, charts, spreadsheets, and tables is required

Responsibilities

• Be the contact for commercial queries, leading the resolution in a client-focused and timely manner in cooperation with Client Liaison and Commercial teams; identify, investigate and coordinate the resolution of data, process, or product related queries
• Plan and execute a complex daily personal workload and support to meet departmental and company schedules
• Analyze and identify gaps and areas for improvement in coding, data input validation and client instructions environments (CIP - Consumer Information Platform) and drive the convergence of processes and tools
• Providing accurate and timely feedback to respective country teams, driving SOP and use of best-demonstrated practices
• Working across relevant Operations/Enablement teams to ensure delivery to client expectations and satisfaction
• Operate in a virtual/multi-cultural environment, liaising with stakeholders and colleagues
• This role is to support Taiwan Market, therefore Traditional Chinese is required.
