Job summary

NIQ is seeking a Data Operations Associate Manager (Mandarin Speaker) in Kuala Lumpur to lead a team handling data processing and operational activities. The role focuses on delivering accurate, timely work while monitoring KPIs and quality standards.

Ideal candidates will have a Statistics/Math/Data Analytics background, strong leadership, and bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin. You will drive continuous improvement, coach your team, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Experience in people management, team leadership, or supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Strong people and process management capabilities.
• Ability to manage, engage, and influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team responsible for data processing and operational activities.
