Job summary

NielsenIQ is seeking a Data Operations Analyst (Korean Speaker) in Malaysia to manage client deliverables, coding, and data validation for the Korea market. You will serve as a main point of contact for commercial queries and coordinate resolutions with Client Liaison and Commercial teams.

The role supports complex daily workloads, drives process improvements in CIP, and ensures accurate, timely feedback across country teams. English and Korean communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• Fresh graduate or 1 year of operational experience.
• Excellent organization skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• High accuracy, proactivity and attention to detail.
• Project management aptitude (critical path, task sequencing, problem-solving).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Korean.
• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, charts, spreadsheets).

Responsibilities

• Be the contact for commercial queries and coordinate resolution with Client Liaison and Commercial teams.
• Plan and execute a complex daily workload to meet departmental schedules.
• Analyze gaps and improve coding and data input validation environments (CIP).
• Provide accurate and timely feedback to country teams and drive SOP adherence.
• Collaborate across Operations/Enablement teams to meet client expectations and ensure satisfaction.
