Job summary

NIQ, a leading consumer intelligence company, seeks a Senior Data Operations Analyst in Kuala Lumpur to manage end-to-end data extraction and BAU processes for the assigned country. You will validate data, monitor completeness, resolve issues, and ensure on-time delivery across platforms, collaborating with Ops teams.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a multicultural team, supporting local and regional projects while adhering to SLAs.

Qualifications

• End-to-end production process understanding.
• Independent in resolving queries.

• At least 1.5 year experience in NIQ operations.

Responsibilities

• Execute production processes to deliver high-quality, on-time data per SLAs.
• Provide accurate and timely feedback to country teams per SOP.
• Execute new business set-ups, change requests and query resolution.
• Perform data content reviews and processing on retailer data.
• Follow and monitor production submission.
• Create and maintain documentation per retailer/cycle.
• Investigate data inquiries and coordinate resolutions with local teams.
• Identify root causes and recommend NIQ process improvements.
• Plan and manage daily workload to meet schedules.
• Achieve daily, weekly, monthly targets.
• Operate in a virtual/multi-cultural environment.
• Support local country or regional projects.
• Expand skills via training and online programs.
• Stay updated on area systems and processes.
• Assist Supervisor as required.
• Foster a culture of inclusion and innovation.
