Senior Manager Test Equipment Engineering

Responsible for test equipment transfer, setup, qualification, and release.

Take ownership of test equipment stability, including sustaining and improvement activities such as equipment setup, qualification, preventive maintenance, etc., and ensuring test equipment stability (EQ setup, buy-off, PM).

Manage spare parts inventory.

Conform to all health, safety, security, and quality systems related to equipment.

Liaise with IFX global counterparts to ensure good communication and timely support from overseas.

Extend scope to engage with new subcontractors and testers by leveraging Unisem Chengdu experience.

You are best equipped for this role if you have:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • Experience in subcontractor management.
  • Experience in device testing, processes, procedures, or technology development.
  • Familiarity with tester setup, qualification, and sustaining activities.
  • Understanding of assembly equipment and processes.
  • Ability to interface with cross-functional teams (Planning, Logistics, Product Engineering, Test Development Engineering, Quality) and subcontractors.
  • Project management skills and knowledge of product development processes.
