Job summary

OSK Property Holdings Berhad is seeking a Draughtsman, Interior Design 3D Visualizer to join the in-house Design Team in Kuala Lumpur. You will create interior design drawings, 3D visualizations, and renderings to support design concepts and project requirements.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field, with at least 3 years of experience in drafting and 3D visualization.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Architectural Technology, Spatial Design, or related field.
• Certification in 3D visualization, rendering, animation, or VR software is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in interior design drafting and 3D visualization.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and 3D rendering software.
• Ability to create photorealistic renderings and immersive virtual walkthroughs.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate technical drawings and construction drawings per specifications.
• Check and correct working drawings.
• Produce drawing details from related documentation.
• Create and maintain database of drawings, specifications, materials, etc.
• Ensure drawings deliverable on schedule.

Draughtsman, Interior Design (3D Visualizer)

This role will be hired under the property development arm of the OSK Group, namely OSK Property Holdings Berhad.

OSK Property is responsible for property development and project execution, primarily for developments within the OSK Group, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use project.

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Draughtsman, Interior Design 3D Visualizer to join our in-house Design Team, responsible for producing interior design drawings, 3D visualizations, and renderings to support the team’s design concepts and project requirements.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN :

To create various accurate technical drawings by adhering to various specifications and calculations including but not limited to handle all detailing and construction drawings.

To check and correct working drawings.

To produce drawing details from related documentations.

To create and maintain database of drawings, specifications, materials, etc.

To ensure drawings well deliverable and meet management timeline schedule.

Printing drawings, compilation and documentations.

To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE :

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Architectural Technology, Spatial Design, or a related field.

Certification in 3D visualization, rendering, animation, or virtual reality software will be an added advantage.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Interior Design drafting and 3D visualization.

Proven ability to create photorealistic 3D renderings and immersive virtual walkthroughs.

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant 3D rendering software.

Able to translate design concepts into high-quality virtual tours with accurate detailing, materials, lighting, and furnishings.

Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with the in-house Design Team and other project stakeholders.

Good time management skills and able to meet project deadlines.
