Job summary

AIA is seeking a Process Excellence - Automation, Consultant to drive RPA and intelligent automation initiatives in Malaysia. You will partner with business and technology teams to design, implement and support automation solutions that improve efficiency and governance.

The role requires 5–8 years in RPA or related fields, hands-on UiPath experience, and a solid track record delivering end-to-end automation projects in financial services or regulated industries.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
UiPath certification and related automation certifications are a plus.
5–8 years of experience in RPA, process excellence, or intelligent automation.
Hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator and Automation Cloud.

Responsibilities

Lead process discovery and feasibility studies to identify automation opportunities.
Drive end-to-end RPA delivery from requirements to post-production support.
Monitor production bots and resolve incidents within SLAs.
Ensure governance, security, and enterprise standards across automation projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to implement scalable solutions.
