Job summary

AIA Malaysia is seeking a Senior RPA & Process Excellence professional to drive automation transformation across the organization. You will design, develop, test and deploy RPA solutions, partner with stakeholders, and ensure governance and continuous improvement.

The role requires hands-on UiPath expertise, strong delivery experience in financial services, and the ability to lead end-to-end automation projects from discovery to production support.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in RPA, process improvement or intelligent automation.
• Hands-on UiPath Studio/Orchestrator experience required.
• Experience delivering full automation lifecycle in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end RPA projects from discovery to production support.
• Drive process discovery, feasibility studies and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects and vendors to deliver scalable automation.
• Monitor automation performance and ensure governance and security compliance.
