Job summary

FFM Group seeks a strategic Manager, Learning & Organisation Development to lead the Group’s learning and development agenda, building capability, leadership effectiveness and a culture of continuous learning across the organisation.

The role designs and implements group-wide strategies, governs FFM Academy, and partners with HR Business Partners and leaders to align learning with transformation and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organisation Development, Psychology, Education, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Master’s degree or professional certification in Learning & Development, Organisation Development, Executive Coaching, Change Management or equivalent is an advantage.
• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least five years leading Learning & Organisation Development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning strategy and governance across the Group to build capability and leadership effectiveness.
• Design and implement leadership development programmes and manager capability initiatives.
• Develop and govern FFM Academy and learning architecture across pillars: Leadership Development, Functional Excellence, Compliance, Professional Development.
• Promote digital learning adoption and leverage AI-enabled learning tools with governance.
• Collaborate with HRBP and business leaders to embed BUILDER culture through learning initiatives.
