Job summary

Aafiyat Marketing Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Learning & Development Executive to plan, coordinate, implement and monitor learning initiatives across the group.

You will identify competency gaps, translate needs into development programmes, and support the learning ecosystem including IDPs, Learning Passport and leadership development. You will work with HODs and staff to prioritise development, validate needs with stakeholders and track progress through robust reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM or related field with relevant coursework.
• 1–3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management or HR.
• Exposure to competency frameworks, training coordination or digital learning platforms is a plus.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Proactive, structured, and able to manage multiple programmes.

Responsibilities

• Analyse competency assessment results to identify development gaps.
• Coordinate IDPs through the Learning Passport and monitor progress.
• Support leadership and talent development programmes.
• Maintain accurate learning records and management reports.
• Coordinate internal and external learning programmes end-to-end.
