Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the overall management, operation, maintenance and continuous improvement of facilities within a large-scale manufacturing and industrial environment. Responsible for the overall management, operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of facilities and infrastructure within a large-scale manufacturing and industrial environment, including administrative offices, plant offices, common facilities, and supporting infrastructure. The role ensures a safe, efficient, and conducive working environment while maintaining compliance with statutory and company requirements.
Lead and manage all facility management activities across the company's properties, including offices, parking areas, meeting rooms, toilets, prayer facilities, roads, utilities, and common facilities.
Oversee building services and infrastructure, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, water, sewerage, firefighting, and other critical systems.
Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programmes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Plan and execute refurbishment, renovation, and infrastructure enhancement projects.
Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, health, and environmental requirements.
Manage facility budgets, contracts, service providers, and vendor performance.
Lead and develop the Facility Management team to deliver operational excellence and high service standards.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Building Services Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum ten (10) years of relevant experience in facility, property, or infrastructure management, with at least five (5) years in a managerial role.
Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or large integrated facilities environment is preferred.
Professional certification in Facility Management or Project Management will be an added advantage.
Strong technical and engineering knowledge in facility and infrastructure management.
