Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, IT, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in digital transformation, business process improvement, or project management in financial services or related sectors.
• Proven track record managing large-scale, cross-functional digital projects and teams.
• Strong understanding of business process automation, workflow redesign, and technology integration.
• Experience in strategic planning and collaboration with IT departments and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end digital transformation strategy focused on modernization and digital-first solutions.
• Oversee planning, execution, and governance of transformation projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
