Job summary

TNG Digital, part of TNG Digital Group, is hiring a Governance & Compliance professional in Kuala Lumpur to support the organisation’s governance, Anti-Bribery & Corruption, related party transactions, and delegated authority governance across the business.

You will provide day-to-day governance advisory, strengthen internal controls, monitor compliance, and collaborate with stakeholders to embed an ethical culture and ensure regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Law, Banking, Finance, Business, Risk Management, Governance, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in governance, compliance, risk management, audit, or related functions.
• Experience in ABC, RPT, delegated authority governance, governance monitoring, or governance assurance is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Support governance and compliance oversight across the organization.
• Assist with ABC, RPT, and delegated authority governance.
• Monitor controls and report governance observations and remediation progress.
• Provide governance advisory support to business units on policies and controls.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory expectations.
• Assist in development and update of governance-related policies.
