Job summary

TNG Digital Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Associate Director, Corporate Secretarial to lead governance, compliance and regulatory assurance for the fintech group.

You will oversee board and shareholder processes, maintain statutory registers, prepare filings, and advise leadership on corporate actions while coordinating with internal teams and external regulators. A strong background in Malaysian corporate law and MAICSA/MACS-qualified CS is essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified Company Secretary with MAICSA/MACS or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of experience in company secretarial/ governance roles.
• Experience with fintech or regulated technology environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee corporate governance and compliance programs.
• Manage board, shareholder meetings and related records.
• Maintain statutory registers and timely regulatory filings.
• Advise leadership on legal, governance and regulatory matters.
