Job summary

TNG Digital, part of TNG Digital Group, builds the fintech backbone behind TNG eWallet in Malaysia. This role focuses on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory filings to support rapid growth, board liaison, and robust governance across the company.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years as a Company Secretary, MAICSA/MACS, strong communication, and meticulous attention to detail, with experience in board meetings and regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience as a Company Secretary.
• MAICSA/MACS or equivalent CS qualification.
• Experience in governance, filings and fintech/regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with SSM, BNM, SC and data protection laws.
• Board meetings, shareholder resolutions, and governance frameworks experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; precise filings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee corporate governance and compliance programs; align with fintech standards.
• Organize board and shareholder meetings; maintain registers and filings.
• Prepare regulatory filings with authorities (SSM, BNM, SC).
• Advise leadership on governance, risk, and regulatory developments.
