Job summary

DKSH's Healthcare business unit seeks a Senior Manager, Business Operations to drive operational excellence across Client Development and Business Operations, delivering improved processes and stronger client outcomes. You will coordinate cross‑functional work with Marketing, Trade Marketing and Supply Chain; manage POs and STOs, monitor KPIs and SLAs, and push automation while ensuring policy compliance.

Qualifications

Degree in Business Administration, Management, Science, or equivalent.
2 to 5 years of experience in business operations or client management in fast-paced environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with metrics understanding.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
Strong communication and stakeholder management with a proactive mindset; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Ensure seamless daily operations and fulfillment of client requirements.
Coordinate cross-functional work with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain and others.
Manage timely raises of Purchase Orders with Inventory Planning and oversee monthly STOs.
Track KPIs and SLAs; present results in client meetings such as S&OP reviews.
Identify bottlenecks, implement process improvements, and drive automation while ensuring compliance.
Support cross-functional projects and undertake additional duties as required.
