Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Management, Science or equivalent.
• 2–5 years experience in business operations or client management in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with metrics understanding.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client development and business operations activities to drive service levels and client outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across departments for efficient order fulfillment and POS material handling.
• Track KPIs and SLAs; present results in client meetings such as S&OP reviews.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements and automation while ensuring compliance.
