Job summary

Great Eastern seeks an experienced Banca Administration Leader to oversee end-to-end administration, including commission processing, reporting, and financial governance. You will liaise with partner banks and vendors to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant processes while driving operational improvements.

Ideal candidate has leadership, project management, and MIS reporting skills with experience in agency compensation within Bancassurance or life insurance environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in finance, math, stats, CS, business administration, insurance or related field.
• DMII/FLMI/LOMA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end banca administrative operations including commission management, reporting, campaign support and governance.
• Serve as primary contact for banca administration, reporting and departmental initiatives.
• Ensure accurate computation of agency compensation and timely delivery of reports and payments per SLA.
• Monitor reconciliation items to ensure financial accuracy.
• Liaise with partner banks and vendors on campaigns, events and administrative support.
• Ensure adherence to tender processes with analyses to support evaluations and awarding.
• Prepare budget papers and monitor payments for campaigns and events.
• Provide management with reports and insights for decision-making.
• Support issue resolution related to administrative processes and reporting.
• Lead team on projects and assignments from management.
