Great Eastern in Malaysia seeks an Assistant Manager to lead compliance assurance reviews and leverage data analytics to strengthen risk identification and monitoring. The role includes planning, testing, reporting, and collaborating with Analytics teams to build predictive models and dashboards.
The ideal candidate has a degree in a related field and 3–5 years of experience in compliance or data analysis, with hands-on Tableau and SQL skills.
The Assistant Manager will play a dual role in compliance assurance review and data analytics, supporting the Company in ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements while leveraging data-driven insights to enhance risk identification, monitoring and decision-making. This role involves executing risk-based compliance reviews as well as developing and applying data analytics solutions to strengthen surveillance, improve efficiency and support compliance management.
