Job summary

Great Eastern is seeking professionals to market Bancassurance products through partner banks. The role focuses on meeting sales targets in FI branches, delivering training and marketing support, and handling enquiries from bankers and customers.

You will work closely with bank partners to identify client needs and build strong rapport to drive sales. The ideal candidate has tertiary education, sales or life insurance experience, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• To achieve Bancassurance Sales Target in assigned Financial Institutions (Fis) Branches / Sales Team
• To provide Training & Support to assigned FIs Branches / Sales Team
• Provide Marketing Support to FIs Branches / Sales Team
• Handle Enquiries form Banker & Customers
• Joint Marketing with Bankers & conduct Sales Hurdle
• Identify Clients' needs
• Maintain good rapport & close contact with banker
• Acquire increasing support actively from FIs
• To service FIs sales team in Bancassurance Products
• Accomplishes other ad hoc tasks assigned by management
