Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Automation, Electrical & Electronics or Mechatronics.
• Minimum 5 years experience in precision machine maintenance and automation (lead frame manufacturing preferred).

Responsibilities

• Plan and improve manufacturing processes, equipment, and fixtures for quality and cost.
• Review schedules and collaborate with other departments to resolve machine issues.
• Hands-on machine maintenance and troubleshooting; plan maintenance and manage MTBF and predictive maintenance.
