Job summary

JAC Recruitment International's client, a multinational manufacturing company in Johor, seeks a qualified candidate to join the maintenance team to improve manufacturing processes, equipment, and fixtures for quality and cost targets.

Responsibilities include planning and enhancing processes, reviewing schedules, and collaborating with other departments to resolve machine issues, plus hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Automation, Electrical & Electronics or Mechatronics.
• Minimum 5 years experience in precision machine maintenance and automation (lead frame manufacturing preferred).

• Plan and improve manufacturing processes, equipment, and fixtures for quality and cost.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Automation, Electrical and electronics or mechatronics

• Minimum 5 years precision machine maintenance and automation experiences are desirable and preferred in lead frame manufacturing industry
