Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to plan, schedule, and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance across production equipment. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic faults, monitor reliability, availability, and performance, and drive initiatives to improve OEE and reduce downtime.

Qualifications

• Involved in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic or hydraulic faults.
• Identify root causes and drive equipment reliability improvements.
• Develop and enforce maintenance SOPs, JSA and LOTO procedures.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and execute preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve faults promptly to minimize downtime.
• Monitor and improve equipment reliability, availability and performance.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and report KPIs.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality and Facilities on priorities and improvements.
• Participate in training, audits, and safety/documentation activities.
