Collaborate with technical teams to design M365-based solutions.
Leverage Power Platform to optimize workflows.
Act as liaison between business users, IT, and development teams.
Coordinate UAT to ensure solution readiness.
Ensure security, compliance, and governance standards.
Develop training materials and best practices for adoption.
