Job summary

You will gather requirements, design workflows, run workshops, oversee UAT, and ensure governance and security standards while promoting Power Platform automation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst, preferably in enterprise-scale digital transformation.
• Proven experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and Power Platform.
• Strong understanding of BAU and Project activities, familiarity with IT service management workflows.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories.
• Facilitate workshops to define use cases and productivity gaps.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams on design and implementation of M365 solutions.
• Lead UAT coordination to validate solutions before deployment.
• Ensure compliance with governance, security, and change management standards.
• Develop training materials and drive adoption of M365 tools.
