Job summary

Creationz Alliance Group is seeking an on-site Project Manager to lead Mechanical, Electrical, and MEP works, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance. You will oversee subcontractors, coordinate with clients and consultants, and manage documentation and handovers.

The role requires a degree in engineering, 5+ years in M&E within ID fit-out/construction, strong communication and coordination skills, proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD, and willingness to travel with extended hours.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in M&E within ID Fit-Out or construction.
• Strong technical, communication, and project coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic AutoCAD.
• Willing to travel and work extended hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Managing Director on-site.
• Supervise MEP works (incl. AV/IT/ELV) to meet quality/specs.
• Manage subcontractors’ daily activities and ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare site instructions, weekly progress reports, schedules, and inspection plans.
• Handle project docs including work permits, passes, clearance forms, drawings.
• Attend site meetings, inspect work, and coordinate handovers with clients/consultants.
• Track progress, material deliveries, and manpower.
• Conduct site feasibility studies, verify drawings, and supervise per approved plans.
• Ensure defect rectification, snag closures, post-handover docs.
• Promote QHSSE standards (ISO9001/14001/37001/45001); lead toolbox talks.
• Manage final inspections and training for handover.
• Support after-sales service and address client feedback during DLP.

• Manage subcontractors' daily activities and ensure timely, compliant project delivery.
• Prepare and issue site instructions, weekly progress reports, work schedules, and inspection plans.
• Handle project documentation including work permits, worker passes, clearance forms, and drawings.
• Attend site meetings, conduct inspections, and coordinate handovers with clients and consultants.

Project Management & QAQC:

• Track project progress, material deliveries, and manpower reports.
• Conduct site feasibility studies, verify drawings, and supervise construction per approved plans.
• Ensure timely defect rectification, snag list closures, and manage post-handover documentation.

Safety & Compliance:

• Promote and enforce QHSSE standards (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO37001, ISO45001).
• Lead toolbox talks, safety briefings, and workplace inspections.
• Manage final inspections, documentation, and training for handover.
• Support after-sales service and address client feedback or requests during DLP.
