Job summary

Pembinaan Bintang Baru Sdn Bhd (PBBSB) is seeking a licensed Mechanical and Electrical Engineer to lead and supervise M&E works for high-rise construction projects in Malaysia. You will manage installation, testing and commissioning activities and ensure compliance with drawings, specs and technical submissions.

You will coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and cross-disciplinary teams, monitor progress, quality and safety, and prepare progress reports.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3–6 years of M&E construction experience, preferably high-rise.
• Ability to read M&E drawings and technical submissions.
• Strong leadership, communication and coordination skills.
• Familiar with RFI, inspections and project docs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise M&E works on high-rise sites.
• Manage installation, testing and commissioning activities.
• Review drawings, specifications and submissions.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor quality, safety and progress; prepare reports.
• Attend site and coordination meetings.
• Assist PM in planning and execution.
• Willing to work on-site independently.
