Job summary

Eco World Development Group Berhad is seeking a Manager, M&E to lead the full mechanical and electrical scope for development projects in Malaysia. You will translate project plans into coordinated actions, manage consultants and contractors, and ensure compliance from design through testing and handover.

The role also develops the M&E team, guides performance, and drives safety, quality, and timely delivery across project phases, including regulatory submissions and handover documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering.
• Registration with BEM preferred.
• Minimum 7–10 years in M&E within property development or construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&E delivery from design through handover.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and authorities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and QA/QC across on-site works.
