Job summary

Bond Group in Malaysia is seeking a Project Supervisor/Senior Project Supervisor (Mechanical / Electrical) to oversee site operations, ensuring adherence to project schedules, layouts, drawings and specifications, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will monitor progress, manage subcontractor and worker attendance, liaise with main contractors, consultants and other M&E services, and work independently with mature judgment.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical) or equivalent.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Mature, independent, initiative, self-motivated and have good technical skills in decision making.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Preferred having LV Chargeman or LV Wireman
• Possess with own transport and willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site operations to meet project deadline in accordance with project schedule, layouts, drawings and specifications.
• Attend project monitoring site work progress, sub-con & workers attendance
• Liaison with the main contractors Builders, Consultants, other M & E services
• Responsible & able to work independently
