Job summary

LBS Bina Group is seeking an experienced M&E Site Supervisor for a high-rise project in Malaysia (Selangor, Puchong). You will oversee M&E works on site, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety measures while coordinating with contractors and the project team.

Requirements include a Diploma in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering with 3–5 years' experience, proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and strong self-motivation, interpersonal skills, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or other relevant qualifications from recognized institutions

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all inspection and supervisory of M&E works at site
• Ensure works carried out by contractors are in accordance to approved drawings, specifications, Work Method Statements and Safety Measures
• Ensure the quality and workmanship of finishing works meet the required standards
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with contractors & project team at site
• Attend all inspection and testing carried out by contractor, record clearly and keep all documents, reports and results
• Highlight discrepancies and non-compliance to superior and issue Site Memo to contractors
• Ensure site progress and all M&E works must be completed by contractors within deadline
• Perform any ad hoc task by superior or management
