Job summary

Vestland Resources Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam is seeking a Mechanical and Electrical Engineer with 3–5 years of consultancy experience to lead M&E design, project management and site supervision for building services.

You will review contractor submissions, ensure quality and schedule adherence, and coordinate with clients, authorities, and consultants to deliver complex infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in engineering consultancy carrying out detailed design, project management and supervision in building engineering services.
• Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with tight schedules.

Responsibilities

• Report to company management and oversee M&E activities as assigned.
• Attend discussions with clients, authorities, consultants, and stakeholders regarding M&E matters.
• Attend all site and technical meetings, and report non-conformance of works.
• Oversee construction works at the site, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards.
• Review documents submitted by subcontractors and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Implement quality control procedures at the site to maintain high workmanship standards.
• Ensure all documentation is in place, regularly updated, and organized systematically.
• Ensure all technical documents required for construction are prepared and available.
