Job summary

Eco World Development Group Berhad seeks a Senior Manager, M&E to lead planning, design integration, implementation and performance of mechanical and electrical systems across developments. You will translate priorities into coordinated M&E execution, set standards, manage cross-project risks, and drive sustainable, cost-effective M&E deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) with BEM preferred.
• Additional certifications in energy management, green building, or smart technology integration are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee M&E design development and technical reviews from pre-construction through commissioning across multiple projects.
• Define and standardize M&E specifications, testing protocols, and performance benchmarks.
• Lead design validation meetings and consultant coordination to reduce rework and clashes.
• Review contractor and consultant compliance with statutory regulations (e.g., ST, BOMBA, JKKP).
• Lead adoption of digital coordination, reporting, and analytics tools across M&E teams.
• Direct corrective actions to ensure on-time handover and commissioning readiness.
