Job summary

S&P Global Market Intelligence, a division of S&P Global, is seeking an experienced Loan Operations professional to manage complex processes across the loan trade lifecycle. You will support clients and internal partners, ensure data integrity, and contribute to continuous improvements while mentoring junior team members.

This role requires expertise in syndicated loan markets and ClearPar workflows, with in-person interviews for final-stage candidates and a work schedule aligned to 4

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Loan Operations, Financial Services, or Banking Operations.
• Strong understanding of syndicated loan market operations and ClearPar workflows.
• Ability to resolve client, trade, and system issues independently with analytical skills.
• Organize and execute multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment with strong communication.
• External candidates must attend at least one in-person interview at the nearest S&P Global office.
• Working hours are from 4 PM to 1 AM MYT.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert managing complex operational processes across the loan trade lifecycle.
• Provide expert support and guidance to clients and internal partners; escalate issues when needed.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance systems, processes and client experience.
• Maintain data integrity and adhere to operational controls and risk practices.
• Mentor junior team members and promote best practices within the team.
• Work from the office a minimum of 2 days per week.
