S&P Global in Malaysia is seeking an Agent Services professional to support syndicated loans operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance across deal lifecycles. The role requires interpreting complex agreements and delivering timely responses to clients, borrowers, and lenders.

With 2+ years in syndicated loans operations or related financial services, you will analyze deals for accruals and pricing accuracy while maintaining high standards to minimize risk.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in syndicated loans operations or a related financial services role.
• Demonstrated banking or investment industry experience.
• Proven customer relations experience within a financial context.

Responsibilities

• Executing the operational requirements essential for managing lifecycle events of syndicated loans.
• Interpreting underlying legal documents to ensure deals and their members are managed in strict compliance with terms.
• Responding to client, borrower, and lender queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Conducting financial analysis of deals to ensure the accuracy of accruals and pricing mechanisms.
• Managing outstanding work items in alignment with expected Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Ensuring a consistently high level of accuracy to minimize operational risk within the lending portfolio.
