Job summary

S&P Global’s Agent Services team supports clients in the syndicated loans space, handling operational tasks and ensuring accuracy across deal lifecycle events. This role requires a strong understanding of loan mechanics, regulatory compliance, and excellent client interaction.

The candidate should have 2+ years in syndicated loans operations or related financial services, plus demonstrated banking experience and solid customer relations skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in syndicated loans operations or related financial services role.
• Demonstrated banking or investment industry experience.
• Proven customer relations experience within a financial context.
• External candidates must attend at least one in-person interview at a nearby S&P Global office before offer.

Responsibilities

• Execute operational requirements to manage lifecycle events of syndicated loans.
• Interpret underlying legal documents to ensure deals are managed in compliance with terms.
• Respond to client, borrower, and lender queries in a timely, professional manner.
• Conduct financial analysis of deals to ensure accuracy of accruals and pricing.
• Manage outstanding work items to meet KPIs and minimize operational risk.
