Siepe, a Dallas-based SaaS company expanding in Kuala Lumpur, seeks a detail-oriented Operations Associate to support US and European private credit markets. You will read and interpret notices, review loan documents, and generate client reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in accounting, finance, business or related field.
• Fresh graduates with GPA 3.1+ are encouraged to apply.
• No more than two years of professional work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general financial spreadsheets.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret agent bank notices, settlement documents and credit documents.
• Generate and review client reporting for US/European clients.
• Perform data mapping and reconciliation of financial data.
• Manage transactions ensuring notifications are actioned and communicated.
